A retail park development repurposed for use as a production space helping to plug a gap in the market that is often overlooked. This brick built building was converted from a retail warehouse, which now offers a fair size stage at 13,000 sq. ft. 5m to the eaves, with a smaller room that can be used as a prop store, small promo or stills studio.  There are two private dressing rooms, a meeting room and welfare facilities not limited to male and female toilets, disabled toilet, lounge sofas, tea, coffee and fridge with on-site catering available on request.

The ceiling is blacked out however the internal acoustics are not yet confirmed, the building stands within it’s own gated complex and although adjacent busy roads the building appears to be fully insulated.

There’s plenty of room for parking with up to 70 spaces available subject to negotiation.
