Our Services

Film & Television Studio Design and Construction

We specialise in the conversion, refurbishment and internal fit-out of film and television studios, sound stages and production facilities. Our services include soundproof walls and ceilings, acoustic partitions, suspended ceilings, studio drapes, blackout systems, lighting infrastructure, production offices, workshops, costume departments, green rooms and supporting facilities.

Studio Soundproofing and Acoustic Treatment

We provide permanent and temporary soundproofing solutions designed to reduce noise transmission and improve the acoustic environment within production spaces. Our installations combine acoustic stud wall systems, Rockwool insulation, specialist soundboards, rubber isolation materials and our ABS (Acoustic Barrier System). ABS is a Class A sound absorption material used in film and television studios throughout the UK. Available as fixed acoustic wall treatments or removable draped systems, it helps control echo and reverberation.

Temporary Buildings and Modular Structures

We design, supply and install bespoke insulated temporary buildings, modular structures and semi-permanent facilities. Our structures provide additional production space for workshops, art departments, set construction, wardrobe, hair and make-up, props, stores, production offices and equipment storage. Available in a range of sizes and specifications, structures can be supplied with insulated walls and roofs, roller shutters, pedestrian doors, flooring, lighting and internal fit-outs.

Commercial Marquees and Production Tents

We supply and install commercial frame marquees, clear-span tents and temporary covered structures for film and television productions, commercial and industrial applications. Solutions include wardrobe tents, catering facilities, green rooms, dressing rooms, audience holding areas, production offices and weather-protected studio access canopies.

Rain Noise Reduction – Silent Roof Material

TV & Film Studio Group is the recommended and approved installer of Silent Roof Material (SRM), a specialist system designed to reduce rain noise on hard-surface roofs. Installed externally, SRM reduces the amplified drumming noise caused by rainfall striking metal and other hard roofing materials. Our experienced team have completed numerous installations for film studios and commercial buildings throughout the UK.

Set Construction, Studio Maintenance and Production Support

We provide construction, refurbishment, maintenance and general site support services for film studios and production facilities. Working with production teams and studio operators, we coordinate specialist trades and contractors to deliver new installations, repairs, improvements and ongoing maintenance.

Additional Infrastructure Services

Our wider capabilities include modular car parks, external works, specialist canopies and bespoke construction projects.
